At Netcare, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure performance goals are met - Implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center agents - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
