Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Remgro is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables are met - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development of client presentations and reports - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Cooperation and strategic planning skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
