Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Standard Bank Group is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or client support, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Educate clients on products and services offered by Standard Bank Group. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 6. Contribute to the development of client support processes and procedures. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. 2. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
