Job Description:
Imperial Logistics is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Support Officer to join our remote team based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with any questions or concerns - Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer support experience - Update customer records in the database accurately and in a timely manner - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate team for resolution
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
