Online Accountant

As an Online Accountant at Aspen Pharmacare, located in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company in an online capacity. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate financial records using online accounting software - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Perform financial audits as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Experience with online accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero - Reliable and confident personality traits - Excellent research and project management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
