Job Description - Online Client Support Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a highly experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Distell Group in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support roles, you will be responsible for managing online client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional client service.


Responsibilities: 1. Managing and responding to client inquiries and concerns through various online platforms. 2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively. 4. Analyzing client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online client support experience. 6. Providing training and guidance to junior support staff to ensure consistent high-quality service. 7. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to client support metrics. 8. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in online client support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support roles, preferably in an online environment. 2. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving client satisfaction. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on negotiation and problem-solving. 4. Confident and reliable personality traits to handle challenging client interactions effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
