Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Online Customer Support Associate to join our team at Discovery Limited in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services - Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing top-notch customer support - Resourceful problem solver with a can-do attitude - Experience in negotiation and planning - Proficient in using online customer support tools and software


Personality Traits: - Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues


Soft Skills: - Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns effectively - Effective planning abilities to manage workload and prioritize tasks
