Account Support Associate - Work from home

Exxaro Resources is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or related roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality support to clients and internal teams in managing accounts - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in preparing financial reports and analyzing data for decision-making purposes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of account management processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in account support or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Hardworking and confident in handling challenging situations - Strong decision-making and people management skills
