Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Investec in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in account management and client support.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support. - Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients. - Prepare and present reports on account performance and trends to senior management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in account management or client support, preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable and resilient with a high level of adaptability. - Visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
