Client Service Officer

Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Conduct client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing client service policies and procedures - Prepare reports on client service activities and outcomes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for providing excellent service to clients - Cooperative attitude and willingness to negotiate with clients - Experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
