Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description: Sasfin Bank is seeking a motivated and driven Contact Center Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide information about our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats in a timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Provide information about banking products and services to customers. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior team members. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong people management and cooperation skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
