Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at Foschini Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives. 4. Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role. 2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 5. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
