Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and online chat, to provide timely and effective support. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to address their needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product updates and industry trends. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes and procedures.

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
