Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

The Bidvest Group is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Customer Success Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers. This includes building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing them with exceptional service and support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring that they are maximizing the value of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success. 2. Understand customers' needs and goals in order to provide personalized and effective solutions. 3. Communicate with customers through various channels (e.g. email, phone, chat) to address their inquiries and concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, product, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs. 6. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and preferences to help shape our products and services. 8. Track and report on customer success metrics to demonstrate the value delivered to customers.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Adaptable and independent personality traits. - Strong soft skills, including time management and negotiation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
