Job Description:

Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This part-time, entry-level position requires individuals with no prior experience but possessing a resilient and confident attitude, as well as strong soft skills in leadership and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exemplary customer service - Adhere to company policies and guidelines while communicating with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems - Resilient and confident demeanor - Leadership qualities and a cooperative mindset
