Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore, a leading mining company in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and drive sales - Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Manage time efficiently to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor chat analytics to identify trends and improve customer experience

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and needs - Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution - Excellent time management skills - High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment at home - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Excellent written communication skills
