Job Description:

Multichoice Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online platforms. 3. Conduct research to better understand clients' needs and preferences. 4. Use persuasion skills to promote products and services to clients. 5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve client satisfaction goals. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: reliable, hardworking. 2. Soft skills: persuasion, research. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4.
