Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at Multichoice Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced online customer care environment is essential.
Responsibilities: - Handle online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong work ethic and dedication to the role - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism - Time management skills to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms
