Job Description:

Massmart Holdings is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Associate in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 3. Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Work with internal stakeholders to address customer feedback and implement necessary changes. 5. Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for online customer support.
