Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Telkom SA is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and adaptable, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and experiences

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Experience using CRM systems and remote support tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
