Support Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Support Representative to join our team at Massmart Holdings in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Continuously improve knowledge and skills to better assist customers 7. Handle escalations and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Requirements: 1. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Resourceful and able to think on your feet 4. Reliable and able to work independently 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers 6. Team player who can collaborate effectively with others 7. High school diploma or equivalent
