Descripción del trabajo - Dutch Speaking Customer Service for IT Support Services

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's IT Support Services. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with technical inquiries and ensuring a smooth user experience with our IT services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be instrumental in effectively communicating technical information, troubleshooting issues, and providing clients with clear instructions to resolve their IT challenges. You will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and support our commitment to delivering top-notch IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through problem resolution
  • Assist clients with product usage, installation, and software updates
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues effectively
  • Gather customer feedback to continually improve service and product quality
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT support and technology advancements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in technology and helping customers resolve IT issues
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
