Your strength of persuasion and negotiation will be your main assets on a daily basis! Receive calls and support customers: you will be responsible for receiving calls and answering customer questions, understanding their specific needs and providing them with appropriate solutions. Manage contracts: you will also be responsible for terminating contracts and setting up new ones. Update the CRM.
