About the role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to set the long & mid-term commercial transformation strategy for this market & its countries, lead the development & implementation of an omnichannel strategy, deliver the commercial standards in market and ensure the sales organization is set up with extraordinary capabilities to deliver Every Day Great Execution. The focus is on the commercial side of the business, but it also covers the overall Business Transformation. Job Dimensions The role will work within the market (reporting to Commercial Director and working with all other functions) but will also have close connections and collaboration with Global Sales to ensure market alignment to Global strategy, vision and best practice and DBS. The role is responsible to deliver the NSV and market share growth coming out of better outlet execution and simplification outcomes coming out of efficiency & capability improvement of our field sales teams, all linked to EDGE business case. What you will be responsible for: Set the EDGE ambition, engage and influence in market MD, Category & Revenue Growth Director & Commercial Directors to deliver it in market. Deliver all elements of EDGE in market, from systems implementation (EDGE365) and execution reporting up to the right reward system & a world class capability plan, within budget. Develop and deliver a sophisticated route to consumer, setting us apart from competition. Lead change management of all commercial & business workstreams in market, incl.communication plans & capability interventions. Mentor & encourage your Business Effectiveness team to deliver outstanding performance Lead & implement the Health & Safety agenda in market, working with the Europe H&S lead. The end outcome of this is to ensure the market delivers top line growth, market share & efficiency gains enabled by brilliant outlet execution in every outlet - whether physical, virtual or digital call. About you The qualifications and experience you will bring: 10+ years of commercial experience and/or commercial transformation background (in market or regional) Proven track record in winning through execution and crafting the future through critical thinking Strong collaborator management, ability to influence and partner at senior level and experience in leading a successful team. Experience of change management and commercial strategy development. Has a validated ability to deliver results and drive transformation through the organisation The skills you will need: Craft the Future by crafting a commercial transformation ambition and concrete EDGE plan to deliver this.
