Job Description Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the EMEA region? We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Head of Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives EMEA at Galderma. As a critical member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making and spearheading key projects that shape our regional success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Program & Project Management strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  
• Design and implement best practices/templates for program/project management, offering guidance and mentorship to project teams.
  
• Influence strategic direction by providing consolidated project status and financial information to leadership.
  
• Analyze dependencies across multiple projects and manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
  
• Focus on formulating and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize shareholder value.
  
• Facilitate internal communication channels, including Town Halls and leadership exposure within EMEAC.
  
• Oversee governance processes, including planning, execution, and follow-up on key meetings.
  
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external parties, influencing and negotiating effectively.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Specialist areas.
  
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  
• Consulting background with experience in management/strategy consulting, private equity, or related fields.
  
• Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal acumen.
  
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities.
  
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  
• Proven organizational agility, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
