Descripción del trabajo - Inside Sales Coordinator

Our client is a global leader in providing premium fitness solutions aimed at encouraging healthier lifestyles through exercise. We're currently seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Sales team. ResponsibilitiesManage, qualify, and track leads from multiple sources generated by our Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to closure. Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage and qualify prospects through various channels such as phone calls, emails and social media, aiming to generate interest in the premium fitness solutions. Collaborate closely with the field-based Sales team, providing office-based support to enhance their effectiveness in closing deals and achieving sales targets. Play a pivotal role in supporting Sales teams at customer events, experience workshops, and other customer-facing activities to foster stronger client relationships and drive business growth. Research and identify potential leads within the Hospitality Industry, including Key Account Pipelines, Top Hotels, and industry events, to expand our client base and increase revenue streams. Work in tandem with international Inside Sales Coordinators in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, and Germany, sharing best practices and developing effective acquisition strategies to optimize sales performance. Contribute to the development and growth of the Hospitality Segment by actively participating in tracking and analyzing sales KPIs, identifying efficiencies, and quantifying targets to refine our sales approach and maximize productivity. RequirementsBachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. Good understanding by experience of sales processes and strategies. Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or German is required, while proficiency in other European languages is a strong advantage. Having experience in the Hospitality Industry will be highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM software, like Salesforce, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in fitness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results driven and team player with passion for sales and fitness.
