As the Ocean Fulfilment Lead at Maersk, you will be part of a strong team who each own, plan and manage all aspects related to Customers promises. This includes assets and cost in a specific service scope, including container flows (laden/empty) and vessel scheduling activities while working cross-functional.

Key Responsibilities

This role is focused on Customer delivery, and we are fiercely proud of how we keep our customers promises. You will have the opportunity to own and ensure that we deliver the product and promise we sold to our customers!

We also have a social responsibility , and your role will also be to ensure, in close collaboration with GDC, to manage bunker consumption and drive reduction(Bunker and CO2).

And what’s more - as the SME you will have freedom to provide input to process, policy and system design based on knowledge gained from executing process on daily basis, combined with a responsibility for testing & piloting new solutions and provide input to changes and improvements.

Other day to day tasks may include:

• Cost and service - own vessel scheduling to meet reliability at lowest possible cost

• Efficiency - Own and ensure port calls are planned and executed at highest quality with lowest possible cost

• Efficiency - Optimize usage of space by optimizing booking, allocation adjustment, manage all cargo loading (rolling, re-routing) in conjunction with ROM, including both laden and empty flow

• Standardization – Understand the importance of standard processes, follow standard processes with discipline and actively engage in continuous improvements of global standards
