Service Business Manager:
Driveing Service B usiness strategy creation and execution for a specific Business or Business Group in Iberia . Your role:

• Executes the EU Service commercial strategy into short-term execution, specialized per business.
• Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) for Services standalone business and supports the Modality Business Managers in the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth.
• Owns the Services integral portfolio and responsible for end to end management of Services pricing on certain modalities. Responsible for price setting and realization, governance & performance control mechanisms.
• Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development.
• Manage stakeholders in the zone and at different level to drive service business.
• Close relationship with the different Modality Sales Specialists / Services Account Managers/ Key Account Managers, to develop the service business performance at Point of Sales and non-Point of Sales.
• Interface with the Business Group/M2O
• Main KPIs : 18-month OIT, Sales, CSG%, NPS, Price Realization, Win rate%

You're the right fit if you have:

• Bachelor/master’s degree
• Work experience in the service area with a strong affinity for continuous improvement, with proven ability to drive change
• Deliver results and manage customer expectations.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills also in English
