Enercon has an open position as Technical Lead n Scope n Guide decision making and prioritization of operational teams by providing analytically driven guidance. Leading work without direct authority in a matrix organisation to achieve the operational goals of the company. Using your communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities and Accountabilities n n* Responsibility for Sub-Region performance of operational goals n* Close customer interaction on technical and commercial matters n* Interface to Global Service and Asset Performance Management for technical related topics in the Sub-Region n* Fulfillment of legal requirements within the countries (e.g. VEFK, S1) alongside the Head of Service in Sub-Region n* Operative business planning and workload management alongside Head of Service and Commercial Lead n* Analysis of technical data (resources, workload, wind turbine performance) to support budget development and strategic business goals n n Activities n n* Assist with setting and communication of operational objectives for Service Areas out of sub-region objectives n* Setting the priorities in the daily operations n* Analysis of technical data to secure the achievement of the technical performance targets n* Monitor and follow up retrofit programs and other operational projects n* Monitor & discuss Service KPI‘s and Service reports within Sub-Region, implement counter measurements if deviation detected n* Close collaboration within the region within service and with other related stakeholders n* Identify development and training needs n* Planning of staff, costs, and investments together with the Head of Service Sub-Region and Commercial Lead n n Key Selection Criteria n Experience/Education Bachelor's in engineering degree Benefits at Enercon n n* Flexible working hours with the option to work from home for a good work-life balance n* Integration into a dynamic team in an innovative company n* Internal and external opportunities for further education n n Is this in line with your profile?
