Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement. 5. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process efficiency and cost savings. 6. Provide support for transportation and delivery scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery to customers. 7. Assist with the implementation of new systems and tools to streamline operations processes. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation to track key performance metrics.
