About The Product Marketing Team We’re a team of 20+ people based in Stockholm, Sweden. We’re led by the VP of Marketing and consist of a mix of project management, product marketers, creative designers, copywriters, product designers, researchers, and an in-house web team. We work with all parts of the company to promote the brand, design our products, as well as package and promote our offering.
About The Role As a Content Writer at Trustly, you will work closely with all parts of our team to create compelling content, communication and copy to support our growth. You will be a key player in defining and maintaining the way we talk about Trustly and our products for both internal and external audiences. This position requires a combination of creativity and rational pragmatism - you’ll need to be ready to code shift between the various content needs daily so brooding artists should look away now. What you'll do
- Strategise: you’ll be the partner of product marketers to growth marketers, HR leads, engineers and more. You’ll advise and support ideation on what is said and how it’s said.
- Write copy: for events, digital ads, web, social media and more
- Create content: for articles, presentations, product marketing and more
- Write communication: for employees and, occasionally, press
Who you are
- You have 3+ years professional experience as a copywriter, content writer or communications specialist.
- You enjoy delivering high-quality written work fast and across various mediums.
- You collaborate well, speak up when you think something could be better and are happy to defend your ideas.
- Like the tech world and enjoy getting to grips with digital products.
- Speak and write English at a native level. If you’re not a native speaker, you can demonstrate your fluency via prior experience of working in English and throughout assessment.
- Plus: you speak Swedish at an intermediate level or higher.
- Big plus: you have previously worked at a fast-paced fintech or payments company
