Job Description - Customer Experience Specialist

Join Enea’s Customer Experience Initiative

Position: Customer Experience Expert

Location: Stockholm

Join our dynamic team at Enea, a leading specialist in software for telecommunications and cybersecurity. We are looking to strengthen our capacity to deliver outstanding customer experiences to drive satisfaction and loyalty and are now expanding our Customer Experience area. As part of this, we are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Customer Experience area within Sales Operations as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and analyse data to uncover new insights about customers and their behaviour.
  • Analyse data to identify and address issues impacting the customer experience.
  • Utilize tools (including AI) and technologies to personalize communication with customers on an individual level.
  • Collaborate with various systems and platforms to shape and optimize workflows for improved customer experience.
  • Present proposals and recommendations to stakeholders within the company and engage in discussions to explore various solutions.
  • Work proactively with sales with customer and sales data management in Sales

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in customer experience management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
