Nordics Delivery Leader - Systems Do you want to be part of a company that focuses on sustainability, learning and development while shaping the digital transformation for tomorrow’s energy management? Then we would like to get to know you! For our Nordic team, we are looking for a Delivery Leader, Systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading Process Automation Delivery Systems projects to support effective business growth and profitability. What will you do? Responsible for leading and coordinating effective delivery readiness and resourcing for systems projects involving all areas of our offering: Installed base. Greenfield. New Segments & Systems / Solutions Technology. Drive projects during pre-bidding, bidding and throughout execution phases at the local level, reporting into the Cluster lead for Northern Europe. Collaborate with Sales, Tendering and Cluster Delivery team leaders throughout the sales cycle from early engagement onwards to support development of the win strategy and value proposition. Drive the global delivery models for system opportunities to promote competitiveness in pursuit including engagement with the EEC in Cairo and Bratislava. Coordinate with Cluster Delivery Leader to ensure the availability of project management and lead engineering profiles. Technical content ownership, including project execution methodology and supporting documents. Risk Management Process and Commercial Review Process (Contracts & Approvals) collaboration, aimed at achieving a high delivery. Support Greenfield Tendering Team in the preparation of the commercial content e.g. BOM, GEET estimates, commercial clarifications, deviations and technical reviews in accordance with customer expectations of the solution offering. Accountable for improving the customer experience during the execution phase, maintaining ongoing connections with customer stakeholders. What will make you successful? 5 years plus experience in an operational role. Driven to excel with a collaborative mindset, positive energy and enthusiasm and strong people management skills. Degree or higher education qualifications in an engineering or business. Broad knowledge of the automation products and solutions portfolios. Proven experience understanding overall industry market dynamics as well as competitive challenges. Excellent networker and collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills, with strong persuasion skills. Strong project management experience, organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. Strong communication skills, both in English and Swedish Microsoft Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio What do we offer you?
