Job Summary:

We are searching for a Direct Response Copywriterto be a vital part of our growing online marketing team in the real estate education and coaching space.

In this role youll strategically manage various projects including data conversion analytics copywriting for emails text messages (SMS) and web pages content distribution across all marketing platforms and assisting with product launches and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage overall marketing content strategy including analyzing online marketing campaigns (email text and landing pages) creating persuasive and engaging copy to drive conversions increase engagement and build brand loyalty.

  • Analyze Conversion Data analytics on a daily weekly and monthly basis across platforms and promotions to assess email webinar landing page and promotion ROI.
  • Actively engage in team meetings contributing valuable insights and suggestions related to New Media and other relevant areas; propose improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate internally to understand product features benefits and unique selling points to develop value proposition through compelling email and text (sms) copy.
  • Develop informative and persuasive landing pages tailored to fit the brands tone and voice maintaining consistency across all copy produced.
  • Develop attentiongrabbing social media and digital ad content and hooks for various platforms.
  • Strategize with marketing and creative teams to manage and execute a variety of product and marketing launches ensuring copy and visuals align effectively enhancing the overall impact of campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and translate them into actionable insights for our target audience.
  • Utilize analytics and data insights to refine and enhance creative strategies and their execution.
  • Analyze platformspecific data and trends to inform the evolution of future social media email and marketing/sales strategies.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Studies or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience in direct response and online marketing copywriting
  • Strong understanding of persuasive writing techniques consumer psychology and the ability to create compelling narratives that drive conversions
  • Expert of social media email and marketing terminology and strategy
  • Experience collaborating with and leading internal creative teams
  • Always researching the latest technology trends and emerging tech (e.g. AI ChatGPT)
  • Passion for continuous development
  • Startup mindset with passion for taking ownership to develop and drive company vision
  • Highly analytical
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about real estate and education
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to travel to support companyheld events
  • Experience in real estate marketing ideally in real estate education is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as brand events/requirements direct
