Global Project Manager & Communications Specialist

Job Description

As a Project Manager & Communications Specialist you will be part of H&M Group Communications and the Project Management team, contributing to the overall goals of the team and department. You will manage performance follow up, and potentially budget, for projects you lead. You will also monitor and evaluate key performance indicators.

Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: 

• Project manage communication projects for internal and external target groups with omni-channel approach.
• Plan, lead and execute proactive and reactive projects according to the set strategy, common project management methodology, standards and company goals.
• Drive and facilitate deliveries efficiently across all projects.
• Manage inter-dependencies of projects to ensure information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders.
• Ensure cross functional collaboration within H&M Group functions, brands and businesses, encouraging co-creation across the organization.
• Stakeholder management - foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with stakeholders.
• Give communications advice and counselling within the department and across group functions and brands.

To be a successful Global Project Manager & Communication Specialist we also believe that you have:

• Higher education in communication, journalism and/or marketing (or equivalent).
• +5years working experience with project management and communication.
• Experience of developing and following-up KPIs for multi-channel communication.
• Experience of working with data and insights-driven communication.
• Experience of working with change communication
• Advanced project management skills.
• Solid strategic understanding of all disciplines within Communications, with the ability to collaborate smoothly across teams and functions.
• Great communication and writing skills, fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.

This is temporary 1 year contract, with start date as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Project Management at Group Communications.
