We are looking for Global Technical Trainer, who will delivers training to Kalmar’s front line personnel, customers, dealers and to the company's own stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work as a part of the global team providing technical training for Kalmar solutions globally. In this specific role you will be focusing on training related to Kalmar mobile equipment.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• To plan and carry out technical training events for Kalmar customers, dealers, service technicians and the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) network as well any other internal training events for increased technical product knowledge
• To produce and/or review relevant training material for different products and provide continuous feedback for updating training materials
• To contribute actively to training process improvements
• To participate in training development and NPD projects as needed
• To learn and apply new learning technologies in product training
• To continuously upskill technical knowledge and skills on upper level and new version of courses
• To build, up-date the product training material with the Engineering support form R&D and suppliers
• The position will require travelling when needed

What you’ll need to succeed

Education

• Trainers/ consultant with preferably technical background
• Commercial or Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent is considered as a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant business / product and training experience
• Technical product experience, knowledge from mobile equipment and Straddle and Shuttle Carriers

Competences

• Excellent pedagogical, communication & presentation capabilities
• Technical skills in mechanics and/or electrics
• Understanding the technical solutions used in a product in horizontal transportation
• Language: Fluent English mandatory, fluency in Spanish and/or French languages considered as a strong asset
• Strong team player and self-steering mindset
