Our client, a dynamic SME backed by substantial funding, is seeking a talented individual to drive sales growth across Europe and the US. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our client's groundbreaking pharmaceutical products. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market presence in key territories. This is a strategic leadership position where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Europe and the US. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and strategic partners. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making and ensure sustained competitive advantage. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to drive product development and commercialization strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize ROI. Requirements: Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar capacity. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Europe and the US. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving commercial success. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
