Join X Shore: Seeking an Ambitious International Sales Manager X Shore, a leader in climate technology and electric boating, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to join our expanding sales force. This role is pivotal in driving our international sales and expanding our market presence globally. About the Role As an International Sales Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our sales team, responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets. Your expertise in international business development and strategic planning will help us penetrate new markets and cultivate lasting relationships with clients worldwide. You will report to the Global Head of Sales. Main Responsibilities: Local X Shore Strategy and Sales Channels: Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales team to align different markets and sales initiatives. Sales Target Achievement: Take charge of meeting sales targets by actively engaging with clients, converting inbound leads into sales, and assuming overall responsibility for all sales activities. This often means hands-on transportingboats on a trailer to our customers. Accountable Reporting and Forecasting: Provide clear, accountable reporting and forecasting to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment. Sales Events and Boat Shows: Actively support and participate in sales events and boat shows to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Customer Experience Excellence: Elevate the customer experience by executing strategies to exceed expectations and foster long-lasting relationships. Structured CRM Utilization: Maintain structured working practices in a CRM system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications: University Degree: Possess a relevant academic background, such asadegree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. International Sales Leadership: Showcase proven success of sales in an international setting. Negotiation Skills: Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals. B2B and B2C Expertise: Showcase adaptability across diverse market segments with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales. Go-to-Market and International Expansion: Bring experience in go-to-market strategies and international expansion. Language Skills: Be fluent in English (Other language skills are advantageous but not mandatory). Communication and Networking: Possess superb communication and networking skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and build lasting connections. Entrepreneurial Drive: Exhibit an entrepreneurial drive and a passion for driving sustainable business growth. Team Collaboration: Thrive in team environments, actively contributing to team development, and adapting swiftly to new circumstances. You have a passion for sustainability and boating and/or maritime activities It's a big plus if you have • Boating Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the boating industry. • Business Scaling Experience: Demonstrate a track record in scaling up business operations. Personal Qualities: Driven and target-oriented with a passion for sustainability and green technology. Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team player with the ability to work independently. Hands-on kind of person who isn't afraid of getting her/his hands dirty.
