Description

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, conclude and document requirements for current and new core applications to be procured from a global perspective. Your aim is to facilitate between management team, stakeholders and purchaser ensuring that these are aligned to set up targets, business objectives and user needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements elicitation: conduct interviews , workshops and surveys to elicit requirements from stakeholders. Utilize various techniques such as brainstorming, use case analysis and user stories to uncover needs and preferences.

• Requirement analysis: gather, analyze requirement to ensure quality and consistency
including both functional, non-functional and technical requirements.

• Requirement documentation: Create clear and concise requirement documentation and good overviews for stakeholders to compare vendors

• Facilitate requirement prioritization

• Partake and support the validation of requirements with vendors

• Communication: Serve as a bridge between the stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the needs are qualified and deep dived into were needed. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into clear and
actionable requirements
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate
collaboration among diverse stakeholders
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues, purpose solutions and make decisions that align with objectives
• Attention to Details: Meticulous attention to details to ensure accuracy and completeness in requirement documentation
