What we want you to do?

The IT Services Manager position at Doconomy is a crucial, individual contributor role tailored for a tech-savvy professional who is equally passionate about IT and environmental sustainability. This role combines technical acumen with strategic planning and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing and improving our internal IT services. You will be responsible for overseeing internal IT functions including service desk operations, employee IT management, SSO integrations, and vendor management. Your efforts will directly contribute to Doconomy’s operational excellence by ensuring that our internal IT systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with our innovative financial solutions. This position is key to supporting our mission-driven objectives and maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our technology infrastructure.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management and project management.
• Understanding of implementation requirements for at least one IT service management (ITSM) framework, such as COBIT, ITIL, etc.
• Experience with IT vendor management
• Experience with cloud solutions such as AWS and GCP, as well as programming or scripting experience 
• Experience with network administration, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for technology and sustainability, with a desire to contribute to environmental initiatives. 
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present metrics, activity and progress reports regarding projects, tasks, and operations
