About the role: As our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating and driving our overall marketing strategy and implementation with the goal of raising awareness and driving growth for the Unifrom brand. We are looking for someone who is digitally savvy, familiar with social media, and experienced in public relations. You should stay updated with the latest trends and understand pop culture. We are a small but highly driven team; therefore, we require someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is committed to growing with us as a brand. Currently, we are focused on expanding our international reach, so a global perspective and a network of contacts that can help us build communities in new markets would be a plus. Responsibilities: Develop and drive clear and coordinated marketing plans to achieve marketing goals for key initiatives, campaigns, and product launches. Manage and develop media relations to authentically tell the Unifrom brand story and build trust among customers through PR, social media, and live events. Develop content strategies and concepts that resonate with each platform's audience, including handling influencer relations, influencer campaigns, and community management. Assistance in content production, including the ability to shoot or record easy visual content that aligns with the Unifrom brand aesthetic. Develop and support customer and/or social media response policies and frameworks, including templates and best practices. Provide ongoing program support across the company, including collateral design and content creation (e.g., brochures, presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, and press releases). Manage the day-to-day operations of our social channels, such as Instagram and TikTok, and plan our email marketing and e-commerce content. Qualifications: Several years of working experience in a similar role. Ability to take communication ideas from conception to execution and follow-up. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Relevant higher education within communication, marketing, media, or a related field is a plus but not a requirement. Who you are: Non-prestigious with a "can-do attitude."
