Operations & Delivery Manager

At Relax, we like to work smarter (and hard) but not harder. Therefore, we are looking for a super-smart Operations & Delivery Manager that will be able to maintain our operational service level in collaboration with other departments and teams. You will be working closely together with our Business Operations Director.

Responsibilities:

• Project management/coordinate to support our commercial and regulated market business priorities, our operational improvements/deliveries and different types of projects like new product tools & customized integrations. For example:
  • New currencies
  • Regulated market entries
  • Custom integrations

All projects are very different but they have one thing in common: they have a high business impact and a high level of complexity!

• Game deploy management (in collaboration with our delivery manager):
  • Plan and coordinate our quarterly operator game roadmaps and ensure all deliverables are met
  • Plan and coordinate our quarterly exclusive shopping list for our commercial teams
  • Plan and action game deployment and releases across multiple jurisdictions. This includes ensuring all QA, technical and compliance requirements are completed in time
  • Act as the first point of contact for any game related issues upon go-live, and assist in resolving critical issues in a timely manner on release day
  • Coordinate processing of Game data in our Data tools, Catalogue & Client area for both supplier and our own games
• Take ownership of critical (business) operations, to relieve the Operational teams. This will provide involvement in many different areas of our business. For example:
  • Dream Drop/Global Jackpot: Assist in the coordination of our pipeline of new operators and brands going live with our highly esteemed Global jackpot products, to ensure a seemless transition to go-live
  • Termination process
  • Operator Activation Monitoring
  • Sales/Integration pipeline coordination for both operators and suppliers
• Drive forward our (management) reporting and data driven decision making
• Assist across Operations in a variation of (administrative) tasks
• Operational optimisation- Full cycle: Design, implementation, follow up and retrospective (do teams understands the changes and are they following up) and support this with data driven metrics/data/reports and help develop tracking dashboards
• Jira Admin & Support:
  • Daily support for teams: Help with updates to tickets, custom fields, workflows, etc.
  • Investigate issues with automations / troubleshoot / handle minor updates to automations. Eventually take over automations set up and maintenance altogether.
  • The Jira support is aimed to grow into taking co-ownership of Data Hub / Relax Vantage operational development

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience the iGaming industry
• Experience working with tech/developers. We do not expect you to understand the code, a highlevel understanding of tech processes like integration, game deploy or configurations is sufficient
• Experience in project management or product ownership
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous and structured way of working: an eye for detail without losing the overview

Bonus points for:

• Jira admin experience
• Experience working with an aggregator
