About the position
Vattenfall is looking for an Account Manager within the Business Area Customers & Solutions, Reseller Clients.
When working with Reseller Clients, you work with sales of electricity and collaborations with energy companies. Your duties will primarily be to develop relationships with our current customers, but also to be involved in prospect activities.
In your role, you have continuous contact with the customers to strengthen the relationship and to support the customers' work in their end customer market. The work involves contact and collaboration with several parts of the customers' organization, including the CEO, marketing manager, sales and customer service staff.
The main responsibility for the Account Manager is to have the responsibility of managing some of our client’s accounts. This by identifying and mapping customer needs, product offerings, contract negotiations, closing deals and most importantly, managing and developing the customer relationship.
The overall goal is to achieve long term profitable commodity sales business and customer loyalty within the Nordic Reseller Client base and as being supportive to the team members.
Beside developing the relations with our customers, it’s also important to build and develop the relations internally with the units/functions that are important for the whole sales process.
Our ideal candidate has a degree within Business Administration, Science, Finance or equivalent. However, the right personality and experience is crucial for this position. You are fluent in Swedish and cab communicate in English (verbally and written) as Vattenfall is an international company.

Your credibility is built through business insight and leadership, and you come across trustworthy and communicative. Creative thinking, solutions orientated with a strive to continuously develop and improve, is required.
Being a cross border team, we apply a large degree of flexible work conditions – online, working from home etc. - but you will be based at our office.
