Job Description:
Acast, a leading podcast platform based in Uppsala, SE, is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at the Associate level. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role, who possess the personality traits of being independent and resourceful. The ideal candidate should also have strong soft skills in persuasion and time management.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Acast platform - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers on how to best utilize our services to meet their goals - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns that arise - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements in customer success strategies - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and retention of customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
