Purpose of Role

We are on the lookout for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead our expansion into our core markets. In this role, you will take charge as if running your own company, applying a growth mindset to every aspect of the business. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, strategically developing your sales pipeline, and effectively closing deals. You will own your segment completely, from nurturing leads to managing customer relationships, and you’ll be expected to innovate and adapt strategies that maximize your market impact. Our sales managers focus solely on creating new revenue by selling to new customers and extending the usage of nShift products to our current customer base.

About you 

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in similar roles for the e-com/retail market. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from identified opportunity until customer is using our services. The area of responsibility includes:


Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the nShift portfolio

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the nShift portfolio
  • Present our solution to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with retailers within your segment
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/
    services and market trends
  • Manage your pipeline clearly and proactively, showcasing ownership through data and clear communication

Competence and experience 

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial and business acumen, skills to develop business through outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Experience in presenting to, negotiating with and closing at C-level.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels.
  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue based on current business opportunities
  • Energetic & proactive approach.
  • Ability to be independent and work collective within a team
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to the e-com/retail sector.
  • University degree educated or equivalent education are an advantage
  • Flexible mindset and can-do attitude: Willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs.
  • Track record of achieving quotas & KPIs Experience with CRM software(e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Must be fluent in English and Swedish, written, reading and spoken. Finnish or/and Danish are an advantage.
