This role is located in Sundsvall and will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain in Operations EMEA. As a S&OP Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products reach our customers reliably and efficiently. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Regional Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D and suppliers. Key duties: Optimize the S&OP Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective strategies. Forecast Accuracy: Lead efforts to improve forecast accuracy through collaborative forecasting. Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels and drive supply chain efficiency. Supplier Performance: Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, initiating improvements. Phase In/Out Management: Stay ahead of market and R&D phase in/out activities to ensure seamless transitions. Reporting and Metrics: Provide critical insights through reports and metrics. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, S&OP, forecasting, and/or inventory management.
