Your role & influence asSenior HR Business Partner Responsibility :You will be given responsibility for serving as the strategic partner and operational support for an EVP and their leadership team, specifically in driving HR initiatives and coordinating the efforts of 3-4 other HRBPs and TA-Partnersto support business objectives. Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the strategic and operational HR support towards the organisation. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the other People & Culture teams and with your dedicated business area. Core activities : Provide strategic and operational HR support to executive leadership and their teams across several countries. Coordinate a team of 2-3 HRBPs , ensuring alignment and effectiveness across HR initiatives. Contribute to and implement the overall People & Culture strategic goals , enhancing organisational capabilities and performance. Additionally, it's important that: Youhave advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with general HR processes such as salary reviews, union collaboration, and personnel cases, as well as strategic HR in international contexts. Strong understanding of labor laws and compensation & benefits structures. Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics for managing people KPIs. What can you expect next?
