Our client is a global leader in steel wire transformation and coating technologies. They are a growing company with over 27,000 employees worldwide, 75 nationalities, a retention rate above 90% and almost € 7 billion in combined revenue (as of 2022). As a result of their growth, they are looking to add a Senior Sales Engineer to their team in either Stockholm or Gothenburg. About The Role Plan and design concrete structures with steel fibres or hybrid reinforcement Be involved in industrial, residential and infrastructure projects Support and advise sales colleagues and their customers in all their daily, technical challenges. Proactively approach, inform and educate engineers, architects, contractors and investors about the possibilities and potential of using steel fibres as alternative reinforcement means Drive the further development of steel fibre applications in the region and contribute directly to the growth of our business. Measure of success - number of new contacts created (with Engineers) and number of leads from those new contacts Function of role - 50% support towards customers and 50% discovering net new opportunities Pass along leads to sales person to close deals Sales cycle - reactive part is 1-3 months and proactive part is 1 year Work on 50 small projects or 20 large projects per year which works out to be 750,000 Euros in gross margin About You: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; focus on structural engineering is a plus You are entrepreneurial and you like to build and extend a network. Must be able to sell to Engineers - be technical but also have strong communication and rapport building skills You like to deliver superior service by delivering technical advice and making the necessary calculations to make the projects of our customers successful. You are willing to travel 25% of your time, mainly within Sweden and to countries around Sweden. You speak fluently Swedish and English. What is in it for you?
