Right now we are looking for a UX Delivery Lead for one of our largest UX/UI engagements with a multinational client.  What will you do? Manage studio deliveries as an agile project manager - shipping digital products and services end-to-end with partners Be the bridge between the client, our team of kick-ass strategists and designers and external developers - You will use your skills to make sure that everyone strives towards the same goal You will be part of all phases of strategy and design - all the way from understanding the user through to the final product Ensure that our team has everything they need to deliver large, complex projects as well as smaller, fast-paced assignments - help them uncover and unblock any issues along the way Attend and sometimes lead agile ceremonies - helping manage timelines and the backlog together with product owners on the client side Spread the love - coach and motivate your project team to do great work - find areas of improvement and suggest changes to processes accordingly - to constantly strengthen the collaborative culture at Twain Who are you? A Product Owner, Digital Project Manager or similar with at least three years of professional experience at another agency or product team A social and outgoing person who is comfortable interacting with clients and team members, and can communicate ideas and rationale behind designs and decisions Energetic and engaging - you enjoy motivating and inspiring others to do their best work An organized and structured person who makes sure things are done on time, who loves collaborating with others, both within the team and on the client side Full professional English proficiency is a must as well as being based in Stockholm Any experience in agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe is of merit Who are we?
