E-commerce Intern

We are looking for an ecommerce intern to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm.

You are a full-time student within the field of eCommerce or Business, highly motivated and detail oriented. You have a keen eye for content optimisation, merchandising and design in general. Your main task will be to support the E-commerce team with operational initiatives whilst developing relevant skills for your career in E-commerce.

The Role

You will work closely with the product and marketing team to enhance online shopping experience online, manage content and product catalogue in a manner that supports the sales goals. In addition you will be responsible for some of the SEO-initiatives that will help improve the website’s visibility and ranking on search engines. This internship role gives you the opportunity to learn a variety of skills within content, ecommerce analytics, customer journey optimization, SEO. In short, this is a great first-hand experience in the E-commerce arena. Your main responsibilities will be to

• Manage content pages in the CMS platform.

• Manage on-site merchandising.

• Create ad hoc copy material for the website.

• Gather and present behavioural insights based on Google Analytics 4 and Mouseflow.

• Manage URL-redirects for pages no longer in use.

• Support the team in regards to SEO-initiatives and competitive analysis.

• Create and schedule newsletters in the CRM system.

  Your Profile & Qualifications
  

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Business-oriented mindset.

  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

  • Want to take responsibility during their internship.

  • Experience from e-commerce platforms and/or Content Management platforms is a big plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish is a must, fluency in German language in addition is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite is preferred.
